Where we ship

We ship worldwide from Bowie, Maryland, United States. Ready stock dispatches within 48 hours of confirmed payment. Made-to-order units allow 7 to 10 working days before dispatch.

Carriers and timing

• United States: USPS Priority or UPS, 1 to 3 business days.
• International: DHL Express, typically 3 to 7 business days.
• Every parcel is tracked and insured door to door.

Duties and taxes

International orders may attract import duties or taxes set by your country. We estimate these in your shipping quote before you pay, so the total you approve is the total you spend.

The 30-day quality guarantee

If your hair sheds, mats, or tangles under normal care within 30 days of delivery, email [email protected] with photos and your order number. We will replace the piece or refund it in full, including return shipping.

Returns

For hygiene reasons, hair that has been installed, worn, washed, colored, or altered cannot be returned outside the quality guarantee. Uninstalled hair in its original condition and packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund less shipping.
